Exciting news!! We are looking to employ another 1:1 support to join our friendly team

Your time will be providing 1:1 support. If you have relevant experience or passion with supporting a child 1:1 then you are the person we are looking for!!

Relevant qualifications are desirable but not necessarily essential as we are willing to hire candidates who are keen to train if they demonstrate the potential and qualities we are looking for. However, Maths and English GCSE's at grade C/4 and above are essential.

A love of learning and teaching and a passion for excellence are essential for all practitioner candidates. Including the following:

- Empathy for both children’s and adults needs

- A passion for children to do well and be happy - they must come first

- Teamwork skills – support your colleagues

- A warm, friendly and welcoming personality

- Good communication skills for both adults and children

- A positive attitude

 

This is a term time only position.
