We currently have the following VACANCY:

Pre-school Practitioner (Ladybirds Porchester Road Site)

Due to an internal promotion we have this position available at our Ladybirds Pre-school (Porchester Road, SO19 2JB) 

Early Years Practitioner

Monday - Friday- 8am-4pm

Start Date: ASAP (term time only)

A full and relevant qualification is desired.  
Maths and English GCSE's at grade C/4 and above are essential.

A love of learning and teaching and a passion for excellence are essential for all practitioner candidates. Including the following:
 - Empathy for both children’s and adults needs
 - A passion for children to do well and be happy -they must come first
 - Teamwork skills – support your colleagues
 - A warm, friendly and welcoming personality
 - Good communication skills for both adults and children
 - A positive attitude

Hours:-
Full time/Term time only. Start date ideally by May 2026 – if we can we can recruit earlier for a smooth handover.

Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

Salary: - Will depend on relevant experience and qualifications - will be discussed in the interview. Pro-rata pay.
