NEWSLETTER - MARCH/APRIL 2019
We hope you are looking forward to the Easter Break. We look forward to hearing from the children about their adventures. It has been a very busy and fun term at Preschool and thank you for all your involvement
HEALTHY EATING POLICY REMINDER
Please make us aware of any dietary and/or allergies for individual children. NO NUTS in lunch boxes. This includes nut snack boxes, peanut butter sandwiches, and Nutella sandwiches. NO fizzy drinks, sweets, chocolate bars (e.g. mars, dairy milk). We would also like to remind you that if GRAPES are included in lunches PLEASE can you CUT them into small pieces.
We are continuing to spend our funding money from the Co-op grant and this term on a Thursday morning we are doing weekly sessions with Superstar sports. We hope the children will enjoy this.
We are very excited to be involved with Dinky Dancers and Buttercup Care home intergenerational dancing sessions on Monday mornings. We have been taking a small group of children each week to join in sessions with the care home residents. It has proven to be very popular with everyone.
Payments Invoices for lunch club or session fees are due in advance, we are able to accept cash or cheques or direct bank payments. Please keep up to date.
Reminder! Please ensure that if your child has been sick and/or has had diarrhoea that they are kept away from Pre-school for 48 hours (from the last bout, please see our policy for more details). In addition, please can you let us know if your child is absent for any reason so that our registers are accurate and that we can monitor any bugs that are spreading.
Tapestry You should all now have a password to access your child’s tapestry account; please feel free to add your own photos, comment on staff observations of your child and look at the “home learning suggestions” made to help support your child. Any questions please see a member of staff.
30 HOURS FUNDING ELIGIBILITY:

If you wish to access 30 hours from 1st April 2019 you will need to get a code by March 2019 and inform Zoe. https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
